Two prenatal meetings, first a group prenatal meeting on Zoom where you will meet your back up doulas, and the second at the comfort of your home. During these meetings:
We will get to know each other. It's important to build a relationship before your birth.
I will answer questions you may have about your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
We will discuss your birth wishes and comfort measures that you would prefer.
You will have the chance to talk about your fears, choose birth affirmations that resonate with you, and make a birth affirmations banner.
I will give you resources on how to make your postpartum transition easier and so much more!
On call services 24/7 from 38 weeks until you give birth to your baby/babies.
Experienced back-up doulas in the unlikely event that I can not be at your birth.
Text/phone support during your labor until you decide, in active labor, that you need me to come to your home or meet you at the place of your birth. Physical, emotional, and educational support for you and your partner during your labor and delivery. I normally stay with you for a few hours after the birth to help with feeding and answer questions.
Amateur phone photography of your birth as much as I am able so that you can remember your momentous day and see what it looked like from a different perspective.
Two postpartum visits, one within the first week of your birth and one around one month out, both at your home. We will process your birth, discuss how your transition to parenthood is going (breastfeeding, new baby care, recovery, etc.), and answer any questions you may have.
Availability for questions or concerns during postpartum while you navigate the waters of parenthood.

$1,400
$500 retainer fee due with the contract at time of booking to secure your date on my calendar.
$900 due by 38 weeks (Payment plans can be worked out if necessary.)
